Bike bursts into flames after hitting truck – heroic driver saves the rider

A motorcyclist had a lucky escape after his bike hit a truck and burst into flames.

Thanks to the heroic truck driver who acted quickly to save his life.

The incident, which occurred  at Nanchang city in East China, was caught on camera.

The video footage shows a speeding motorcyclist losing control of his bike and ploughing into a truck on a busy road.

A fire breaks out engulfing the bike and its rider in flames.

What followed was an incredible display of courage by the truck driver.

He got down from the passenger side and rushed to the aid of the motorcylist.

With the help of a passer-by, he dragged the motorcylist to safety and doused the fire.

He later told media reporters  that he wasn’t thinking about saving the truck which was on fire but the man who was in danger of losing his life.

Thanks to truck driver’s heroic effort, the motorcyclist survived with non-life threatening injuries.
